Okamoto Kitchen Seasonal Tasting Party - Spring 2020
Join us Friday, Mar 27th from 7-10pm for our second Seasonal Tasting Party taking place at Okamoto Kitchen HQ in Van Nuys, CA! Chef Chizuru and her team will be creating some tasty and unique seasonal dishes especially for this event which are far different than our general food truck fare. If you've ever wondered about Chef Chizuru's other culinary creations, here's your chance to come get a taste!

SALAD
Mixed greens with marinated bamboo shoots, golden beets, dark cherries and goat cheese with a plum vinaigrette
ENTREE
Handmade udon in a katsuo and konbu based broth with green onions, carrots and chicken. Topped with kaki-age, tempura pork belly (or shrimp) and a deep fried soft boiled egg.
DESSERT
Strawberry Daifuku tart with Creme de Cassis infused pudding.
Topped with whipped cream and strawberries.
